Being the closest hotel to Matsumoto Station and offering breakfast at this price was a real plus, and the room was spotless with nothing to complain about. The only drawback was that there was only one elevator, and its slow pace going up and down was a slight disappointment.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but we ended up on the smokers’ floor and the smoke smell was really strong even with the purifiers.
