If you’re thinking about going there, I strongly recommend it! The location and balcony view are breathtaking, the rooms are very nice and clean, the hotel staff are kind and eager to make your stay comfortable and cozy, and the breakfast and dinner are exceptional. I wish I could stay longer, but I’ll definitely return next year. It’s a perfect spot for a solo traveler or a family—pure vacation perfection, 10/10.

The hotel was clean, well‑located and the staff were friendly, but the food didn’t match what we had hoped for; a simpler menu of higher quality would have been preferable.

The Salzburg hotel was simply fantastic: excellent surroundings, close to everything, stunning interior, rooms, perfect spa, amazing food, lovely scent throughout, Rituals cosmetics in the rooms, everything we needed was there, and the staff were kind and helpful, especially the Slovak waitress; we’ll definitely return because there are so many ways to spend time here, the best active holiday – thank you. The only downside was the signage to the hotel was a bit unclear; we had to search longer and it would help to have a sign or marker before the underground garage.

The team was great and the location was perfect; the room was ideal, but I was charged for sparkling water at breakfast without being told, which isn’t fair.
