“Rezalet çalışanlar çok kaba ve agresiftir.”

Nothing about the room impressed me. At reception, Gülnaz Bakhitbaeva and Azamat Isroilov were extremely rude and aggressive. The tea and coffee cups in the rooms were dirty, the kettle was rusted and neglected, and garbage piles had accumulated in the corridors. The buffet at breakfast had almost all plates empty, and the bathroom emitted a strong, unpleasant odor. I would not recommend this place.
