This hotel is beautiful, making excellent use of its historically significant architecture, and the interior is lovely. It also had all the necessary facilities. The WiFi worked perfectly. The location is very convenient, near famous mausoleums and mosques, and with easy access to the Little India bus station. Although I didn't have the opportunity to meet the hotel staff in person due to timing issues, I communicated with the assigned staff member via message, and he responded quickly and kindly. My stay, from check-in to check-out, was completely problem-free. I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience. There's nothing particularly noteworthy. My luggage was light this time, so it wasn't a problem for me, but if you have a lot of luggage, the rooms on the second floor only have stairs (no elevator), so suitcases might be difficult. (There seem to be rooms on the ground floor, so choosing one of those might solve the problem.)
