Breakfast was ready in the fridge, with a shelf for each room number.
“Prima accommodatie”
The accommodation was clean and spacious, and there was plenty of breakfast ready in the morning if you wanted something. The noise was terrible; the room above us snored several times before getting up, and another family with young children ate early and loudly, so you got the whole morning routine and the kids’ chaos even if you wanted to sleep in.

Everything from the staff to the facilities is top‑class; if you want a new, comfortable place that offers a stress‑free retreat yet is only two steps from the sea, you can’t pick a better option than this hotel.

“Très excentré et peu pratique si vous ne souhaitez pas louer de voiture”
The place was clean and the bed comfortable, and the cleaning staff were very helpful. Discovering Sardinia was wonderful! However, communication was severely lacking: I had to follow up multiple times between May and July to get information about the rental to plan our trip. The listing incorrectly promised a fully equipped kitchen and bike rentals—both important to us—and after booking (non‑cancellable, non‑refundable) we found out this was false. There was nothing to do within a 20‑minute walk of the accommodation, and vehicle rental prices were high (we had originally planned to rent bikes). Access to dining areas and the pool was limited; the posted hours didn’t match the on‑site information. The outdoor spaces were only open until 8 pm and shared with an event company; during our six nights, three afternoons/evenings were reserved for birthdays or other events. The property clearly states pool access is shared, but it’s impossible to enjoy with children running around and jumping in the water (parents encouraging them). Music played loud and people talked loudly until at least 10 pm. The pool treatments were done during the hours we could access it, so we lost half a day. I’m not sure how they balance it, but my eyes stung despite goggles. The “quiet” hours were not respected at all, with noise everywhere at all times.
