I was asked to confirm my booking over the phone upon arrival, even though I had already received an email confirmation from Booking; that felt unnecessary. The room was tiny, the linens were not clean, and the bathroom was cramped with a misfitted toilet that made it difficult to use. Towels were torn, and the AC turned off at 06 am and never switched back on after the power returned. At 11 am I got two calls from reception asking me to check out before 11:30 because new guests were waiting, even though the usual checkout time is 12:00 pm. Overall, it was the worst experience.
