Visiting Card Hotel & Resort

The spot was very nice, 7Eleven was right next to the hotel, the reception waived the card fee, and the bell boy carried our luggage. Our 8‑year‑old stayed for free as the hotel policy allows. The room smelled stale, the AC was loud, the toilet seat was broken, there were no facial tissues, no mirror or makeup table, no safe, the TV had a cross line in the middle, and the extra bed looked old and damaged. The worst part was the bell boy from Myanmar who made us feel disrespected when he came to fix the TV and said he didn’t speak Myanmar (we speak English and travel worldwide). The housekeeping lady from Myanmar didn’t understand customer service; when we asked for facial tissues she said they were unavailable, and when we asked for an extra toilet paper roll she said no. We will never recommend this place to friends or family.

The location was excellent, close to the Pratan market and shopping centers. The hotel was old and the rooms were gloomy. Just one stay.

“Surinder uk”

The staff were friendly, the place was clean and in a good spot. The rooms need updating: the showerhead should be positioned so water doesn’t splatter everywhere, the screen needs to be fixed, towels and sheets should be replaced, and the photos on the website are outdated and need refreshing.
