The room was comfortable even though the equipment was a bit dated, the front‑desk staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good, and the price was reasonable. A faint cold cigarette smell lingered in the room and neighbors smoked at their windows despite the ban, which the hotel couldn’t control and was simply rude.

The location was convenient for transport, but mold appeared in the shower, the hallway felt damp and smelled odd, the street-facing room was unbearably noisy, the hallway was loud, and a neighboring room was loud. Shower water pressure was so low that I could almost rinse my hair with a cup. Breakfast was disappointing: hard rolls, no jam bowls, scrambled eggs tasted terrible, and the coffee was not better. We’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst for us; the cheap price didn’t help, we needed a simple stay and I’ve never slept so badly.

The Neanderthal Museum was a highlight, the hotel offered convenient parking, and everything was clean (sheets, bathroom). The hotel lacks air conditioning, rooms look a bit old, and a renovation (painting and new carpet) is needed.

The location is good, yet the bathroom has mold in the shower, rusty ceiling, broken laminate, cracks, peeling baseboards, blinds that are too short and far from the window, the closet is barely open and gets hot, the beds are very soft, the room is dirty with dust mites, and the worst part is the smoking room.
