The staff were amazing, and breakfast was made‑to‑order eggs, fresh fruit, and juice. It was good. A bonus was the fan, which was wonderful. The toilet seat was missing, my water heater broke mid‑shower, and the floors weren’t cleaned; there were still food crumbs and nuts from the last guest. The bathroom floor mat was dirty.

The 2‑bedroom hut gave us privacy. Breakfast was personalized. We had the pool to ourselves for almost 2 hours. The monkeys were entertaining. A nearby high‑end restaurant (about 250 m away) met our food needs. There were plenty of trees and greenery. No TV. The pool tiles were almost dangerous because they were too slippery. The place needs renovation.

Close to the airport, a quiet spot with relaxing gardens. The internet in the rooms was weak or nonexistent, and the property could use some renovations.

The staff were very friendly, but the rooms and bathrooms felt very neglected; the sink in my room was clogged and the shower didn’t work.
