How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the warm welcome from the friendly staff, but unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't up to par with the rest of the hotel. The room itself was a highlight, with plenty of space to move around, and the staff were always happy to help with any questions or requests I had. However, the bathroom let the hotel down, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness.

We made a last-minute reservation, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, arriving at the hotel within 10 minutes of booking and being greeted with open arms. The overall facilities were satisfactory, and they even helped us find a driver to get to our destination. However, the bathroom cleanliness was somewhat lacking, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite this, the staff's helpfulness and the hotel's convenient location made up for the issue.
