How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot is spot on, but the floor panels in the room were a real pain and the bed’s metal skirt made a racket that was hard to ignore.

The staff were friendly, yet the towels were worn, stained, and filthy—just nasty.

I’ve booked a lot of hotels, but this was the first time I ran into such a mess, so I’m warning others: 1. Don’t hand over or confirm card details at reception unless you’re crystal clear on every charge. 2. Be wary of staying here; my experience felt unfair. 3. Make sure the name on every booking matches your passport or ID, or you’ll be taken advantage of. Here’s what happened: I booked two nights back‑to‑back through different platforms and with different name formats. On the morning of the first checkout, I told the receptionist I had another reservation and asked for my key to be extended. They did, so I thought everything was set. But when I returned that evening, my key stopped working. The front desk said they’d assumed I wouldn’t come back and deactivated it. They never mentioned that they’d charged my card an extra $201.79 for the second night. I only saw that charge about a month later. If they’d told me at the time that they were going to charge me, I could have clarified that I already had a separate booking for that night. Their lack of communication caused needless confusion and an unexpected fee. The hotel should have double‑checked the situation before charging, especially after I’d already informed them of another reservation. At the very least, they should have notified me right away about the charge and why the key was deactivated.

Nothing good; the location and comfort were subpar.

The location was great, but the floor and counter were crawling with bugs and cockroaches—totally disgusting.
