The room faced the sea. There was a lack of drinks available on site—no beer or soda for sale. We did three dives organized by the hotel, which were very well done, but it was impossible to retrieve the instructor’s license.

The staff from Manado were helpful, spoke good English, and it was pleasant to chat with them. The location faces an amazing snorkeling spot and everything is walkable. The rooms are old, and the Chinese owner doesn’t take care of his already‑damaged hotel even though it’s only two years old… there are better, cheaper options on the island.

The staff were friendly and the welcome was warm. The price, however, is very high.

One of the most beautiful spots on Bunaken, just a few minutes from the harbor, right on the beach with a direct sea view! We stayed in the first‑floor room with sea view—dreamy, you fall asleep to the ocean and wake to its sound and sunrise, absolutely great. Breakfast was superb! Anita, the gem of the house, was super nice and friendly. If I ever vacation in Bunaken again, I’ll definitely come back here! A dream for relaxation! Good Wi‑Fi. The island can also be explored by motorcycle, which can be rented! All in all, top. The downside was frequent power outages, sometimes covered by a backup generator, but often completely without electricity during the stay—though that shouldn’t be a huge issue for a relaxing trip.

The location and sea view from the upper rooms are great, and the staff are kind. Nothing else.
