Great atmosphere, and what’s not to like staying in a real medieval castle! Excellent dinner and breakfast. Friendly, helpful receptionist. With a fascinating Romanesque cathedral to visit just down the hill.

Located within a 12th-century Arab fortress, the Parador de Siguenza offers luxurious accommodations in the historic region of Castilla La Mancha. Guests can stroll through the gardens, relax in the cobbled courtyard, or explore the 13th-century Romanesque chapel and impressive hallways. The hotel features a restaurant with traditional cuisine, gluten-free and vegetarian options, and rooms with Castilian-style furniture, including accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility.

The establishment is superb. Nothing much.

The vibe was really striking and the breakfast was solid, with staff that were super friendly. On the flip side, the team was completely overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with the rush.

Location, it’s a huge castle, very respectfully restored, spacious both in common areas and rooms. Panoramic landscape. Excellent service. Spectacular breakfast. Great coffee and ensaimadas. I had to get rid of 3 bed bugs. A pity, I guess some mosquito nets when ventilating rooms could help.

Pretty! Beds, sheets and towels are very nice. The dining room closes early for those of us arriving late from the airport.
