“Cortes de luz y agua durante horas y nula respuesta por el alojamiento”

The views were nice, but we were hit with heavy rain all day, the lights went out in the morning and we had power cuts until the afternoon, which seems normal for the area during rain. We couldn’t shower because the water stopped when the power went out (either from a pump or a tank), and we couldn’t cook or heat the room; the cold and rain made it unpleasant. When I called the host, they said they would “make a report” and keep in touch by phone, but no one called back or asked anything. I emailed again the next morning and still got no reply. The house failed in many ways over just two days, especially for the price, and there was no response at all.

“Un rêve dans les montagnes”

Une très belle maison, décorée avec gout. Vue exceptionnelle. Suite parentale au top. Piscine agréable et endroit calme et reposant. Nous pouvons regretter un manque au niveau vaisselle (pas assez de verres.) et équipement de base .Lorsqu on vient pour qq jours en avion, difficile de prendre des choses avec nous. On regrette aussi qu' il n y ait pas de machine à café avec qq capsules

The pool, beautiful panorama, good layout, and good equipment are positives. Negatives: no wardrobes, no coffee cups, and the Wi‑Fi password was nowhere posted.

The house is gorgeous with great décor and fantastic views, the beds are comfortable, and the layout is excellent. It’s a shame that such a wonderful house has so many trivial issues. The first thing we wanted after arriving at 6 pm was coffee, but the coffee machine broke and we had to call the emergency service they offer to get a repair. The next morning they told us they were taking care of a new cat, which I appreciated. The downstairs bathroom was clogged right after we arrived, the terrace table had a broken leg that required careful handling so it wouldn’t fall, we were six people but there were only five sets of cutlery, there was nothing outside to provide shade so eating on the terrace was unbearably hot, and the kitchen drain leaked when we washed dishes, forcing us to use a bucket. In short, many easy fixes. The following day they reached out and tried to fix everything, even giving us extra time for check‑out because of the inconveniences, which is a big plus for the company. I hope all the faults get resolved because the house is worth it.
