“Nice family stay, but could use a little revamp.”

The location is unbeatable, and having to pay for parking actually makes the stay less crowded and more enjoyable; the staff were very friendly and we liked the gym with its good machines, but the rooms feel dated overall, with odd smells, toilets, tubs, and stains here and there, and the elevators and their buttons look like they need remodeling. The hotel has done a good job so far, but there’s still work to be done.

“Apenas aceptable”

The location and the staff’s attention during check‑in were good, but the cleanliness and maintenance made the hotel look old, and the housekeeping service was lacking because they didn’t remove dirty glass cups or arrange the towels properly.

The indoor pool was a plus, but the place is old, you have to pay for parking when the room is already pricey, the smell is stale and the hotel is overrated compared to its website.

“Would not stay there again”

This stay was a quick weekend to drop my child at camp. The room was cold and the bed was comfortable. We had a dog with our family of 3. Front desk lady was not friendly at all. The rooms were in need of an update. The restroom was a mess. The hot water on the sink didn't work, wouldn't even turn on. Shower held water and didn't drain properly. Toilet needed multiple flushes just to get toilet paper to go down. The safety locking system for the entry was also broken and anyone could walk in the hotel even at night. We could only get 1 key which was an inconvenience because they were out

“Awful would not recommend to stay here”

We waited two hours to get a room, and then they handed us the wrong room twice.
