Overall a decent place, though the old hotel needs a makeover; it works for a few nights if you’re okay with the noise. The rooms are quite small, not well insulated, so you can hear other rooms, especially on the first night when it was loud and kept us from sleeping. There’s a strong cigar smell coming from the terrace and other rooms, which was quite annoying.
