Excellent. Andrei is very friendly and always helps with every question, the breakfast is also excellent: juice, croissant, coffee, fruit, sweet and salty, a bit of everything and unlimited. The room is very clean. The only thing I didn’t know was that the bed was on the upper level and you had to go up and down steep stairs every time you wanted to go to the bathroom, and the pillows were two soft cushions that were a little uncomfortable even though the mattress was very comfortable. The location, although with a tram almost next door and every 10 minutes we get to the center in 20 minutes, felt a bit far because the trips are expensive, almost €3 round‑trip. Otherwise everything is excellent.
