“Pls don’t book through booking.com and Bia Fsbhotel. They ate fraud”

The property Hotel Oxus didn’t acknowledge the booking and broke up with Fabhotel, yet Fabhotel still sold their properties and took advance payments. I paid an advance of around 2200/- through a link from Fabhotel, but Hotel Oxus didn’t recognize it, so all the money went to waste. Very, very bad experience 😡 but one good thing is that Hotel Oxus gave us a discount and a room. There is no way to get in touch when you are in trouble 👿

The hotel is solid for the area, rooms are well kept and staff are trained, and the food tastes good; the property looks better in person than in the pictures, so I highly recommend it.

I flew from Mumbai to Jaipur and found the location easy to locate and travel from, with buses, cabs, and other transport readily available; the hotel feels secure and the area around is upscale, though it’s a bit pricey but the privacy is worth it. The staff could use more education and better manners, and the receptionists need to be more polite and communicative—some were good, some just okay. Overall it’s decent but could improve.

“Avoid this hotel at any cost.”

I booked two rooms for December 23, 2023 through Fab Hotels and told them we’d check in at 8:00 pm. When we arrived, the hotel refused to give us the rooms, saying they were sold out. Even though we’d prepaid, the manager sold our rooms to others at a higher price because it was a holiday week. Don’t book here.
