The view of the waterfalls and green belt from the top floor was beautiful, and the staff swapped our room when we asked. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly, and our room was quite spacious. The balcony was a little dirty and so was the stairwell.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the beds were super‑comfy. The name on the outside of the hotel was different, which made it hard to find, so we had to walk around the block again.

The view of the Snake River and River Walk was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the full breakfast buffet was delicious. We liked the balcony and a glass of wine every night, but the area had been neglected in terms of cleaning. That’s understandable because the balcony is outside, exposed to weather and birds, but a little maintenance would improve its cleanliness.

The room was quiet and comfortable and we were pleased overall, but we were disappointed we couldn’t enjoy the balcony and river views. There was inadequate desk staffing upon arrival; only one person checked in a bus load before we had a chance after a long day of driving. The car arrival and unloading area was terrible, and the outdoor parking was dark. The main front entry had stairs—I'm temporarily disabled and the ramp helped, but you should invest in a ground‑level remodel.
