The room was a bit small, but the breakfast was decent, and the bathroom was noisy; the hot water in the shower was also an issue.

The hotel is absolutely immaculate, with exceptionally friendly and engaging staff. We had a fantastic stay and will certainly return. My daughter left her iPods in the room and the staff were exceptional in helping retrieve them safely. The room was spotless and beautifully presented—couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you all; you have exceeded our expectations. There is nothing negative to say; everything exceeded our expectations, a fantastic hotel and team.

Parking was outside but still on hotel grounds, and there was a bus stop nearby that got you into the city center quickly; however, there was no elevator, so if you got a room on the top floor you had to climb many stairs, which matters if you’re carrying large luggage.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly. Nice quiet room - just what we needed for our one-night stay en route while travelling. Good location, within walking distance of the Botanic Gardens, and plenty places to eat and drink. Easily accessible by public transport. the room was very warm, and there didn't seem to be a way to adjust the temperature
