“Rooms are nice but wouldn’t return.”
Room was nice very spacious and clean. Customer service is terrible. Waited 1 hr just to check in and elevators took forever. Very hard to reach someone on the phone for support as well

The city view was nice, but the staff and hospitality left something to be desired.

The room with a view was great, the rate was better than expected, the evening dining was great, and the entertainment was "entertaining," plus the free parking—can't beat that. The placement of the A/C was different but worked ok.

The hotel is very nice and the remodeled tower looks great. Yet there were two different stays where the hotel check‑in staff didn’t explain how the elevators work—something so simple and common sense.

The room was so clean and larger than expected, and the amenities were phenomenal. However, I paid for a late check‑out at 2 pm and a new hotel guest tried to enter my room 45 minutes after check‑out; they were issued cards for my room, then housekeeping came 15 minutes later to clean it—this made no sense and was a violation of privacy and safety.
