Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a less-than-ideal television setup, which lacked a smart TV feature and was somewhat inconvenient. While I didn't encounter any other major issues, this one drawback made my stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, surrounded by a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at ease. The room with a mountain view was breathtaking, and I found it incredibly calming. The breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a taste of authentic Uzbekistani cuisine. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions like Amirsoy mountains, Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan, and local eateries.

“Great potential, but the service needs a bit more polish”

Although the hotel isn't situated right at the Amirsoy peak, the winter views are truly stunning, especially after a heavy snowfall. I appreciated the heated indoor pool, which offered separate sessions for men and women (families can use the mixed sessions). The private movie room was a great touch, allowing us to pick from a list of films. The hotel also has a convenient ATM in the lobby for currency exchange and cash withdrawals.
