The service quality from the staff is great, but there are no power sockets on the bedside table for a laptop.

The team and the location are good, but there’s no heating and the breakfast is extremely simple.

The room was super comfortable and spacious, we felt completely at ease, the location is exceptional, and the staff—especially Jessica—treated us wonderfully with attentiveness, kindness, and helpfulness, even offering city tips; the breakfast was very complete and made our Bolivia stay unbeatable; we left wanting more and hope the same people welcome us again; we’ll definitely return, though I wish I could have stayed longer.

The location is excellent, right in the tourist center and close to everything; the staff were friendly and helped a lot, even sending our clothes to laundry; the breakfast was spectacular and very complete; the room and bathroom were fine. However, even on the fourth floor there were many ants in the bathroom, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly from our room, we stayed in La Paz and booked an extra night, and the next day we asked for a late check‑out to rest before our night bus; they allowed it but charged an extra fee, which seemed unnecessary given we stayed three nights and the hotel was almost empty.
