I liked the staff’s welcome, the room setup, the atmosphere, and the amazing breakfast, so if I had to rate it from 0 to 10 I’d give it an 8. The only downside was an error that left me disappointed and sad: the app showed check‑in at 14:00 and check‑out at 00:00. I booked from the 6th to the 7th, so I thought I would check‑in on the 6th at 14:00 and check‑out on the 7th at 00:00, but the receptionist said check‑out was at 12:00, which didn’t match the app. I was really let down by this and hope they fix it soon.

I had a great time at Hotel Presidente. The stay was very pleasant, with a comfortable environment, attentive staff, and friendly service. The room was clean and organized, and the location was a plus, making travel very easy. Overall, I was very satisfied and think the hotel is an excellent choice for those looking for comfort, good service, and convenience. I recommend it!
