The location was great, walking to restaurants and enjoying a lake view, but the bed was unbearably hard, the TV was broken on arrival, and moving to a second room left us in a glare‑filled space because the curtains were too thin; Erica stepped in and got us a nicer room, and I’m grateful for her and the rest of the staff for being friendly, professional, and going above and beyond.
