How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was clean and comfortable, check‑in was smooth and the receptionist was friendly, and I even got milk as a bonus. The bed was comfortable and there was a smart TV, plus the room was very spacious. The only downside was that there was only a “two‑in‑one shampoo” conditioner, but I was grateful for the refillable hair and body wash.

When I entered the room it was good, but the door to the car park didn’t work with the card, so I had to go around. The car park area looked very dirty, making me scared to be there, and even the front of the Zeta was unkept, which made the area look scary.

Hardy location – spatial clean room – good equipped kitchen, off‑street parking. No onsite staff – I had to check in at another motel a few minutes away. The check‑in staff weren’t very friendly. After a long drive, when I asked if I could use the toilet at that site after I’d provided payment details and checked in, I was told they don’t have any bathroom available I could use. Combined with the general indifference toward customers, I probably won’t rush back to either motel. They didn’t explain the Wi‑Fi setup nor was there an info booklet in the room. When I rang the main office phone number to check the checkout procedure, I left a voice message and received no reply – I had to contact other motel staff who had to look up the info. I just left the room card in the room.

The room was great – tidy and spacious. Having no staff on site was poor; we couldn’t touch base with anyone when we needed them. Also, the bond we had to pay was ridiculous. We paid for our accommodation upfront and then had an extra $100 added. Most places I have stayed don’t have a bond to pay. Not happy.

The room was massive and tidy. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this has a slot of space great for long stays. It has a kitchen if you don’t want to go out – pakn save is right across the road. Nothing major, just the soap in the shower wasn’t working properly but not a major issue as I always take my own toiletries.
