The hotel has a charming vibe, a great garden and pool. Ordering dinner ahead in the afternoon is normal in other hotels, but I’ve never done it before. The food itself was fine, though not exceptional.

I liked how secluded the resort felt and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the resort had cats, even though the booking description and on‑site signs said it was pet‑free. That was a deal‑breaker for me because I have a severe phobia and allergy to cats, so I couldn’t move around freely or enjoy the facilities. I had to have every meal delivered to my room and felt anxious the whole holiday, which ruined the experience.

The staff were amazing, especially Faried at reception who was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hospitality and service were excellent. The only downside was the hotel’s location relative to the beach.

Breakfast was okay, the room was spacious with a balcony. Otherwise the hotel facilities are good and offer value for money. The staff were always ready to help and Salvina was just excellent. The drivers were friendly and courteous. The bad earth road appears once you branch off from the main road. WIFI is intermittent when power goes off.
