The hotel is brand‑new, beautifully decorated, and the room is spacious and gorgeous; we were upgraded to a luxury room. The breakfast was excellent with fresh products, and the staff were very kind and attentive. If you’re passing through Nuwara Elya, I recommend this hotel—its view over the tea plantations is unique. The staff went above and beyond to give us the best experience and make us feel welcome. Food options were good but could have been for vegetarians. Limited food options for vegetarians who don't eggs
