Everything was lovely and the communication before arrival was great. Nothing to add.

The place was clean, smart, and in a great spot. No issues.

The location was good for Alnwick town centre, and the gardens and castle were within walking distance. The room felt cosy, the self‑check‑in was straightforward, and the tea, coffee, and shared fridge in the corridor were nice touches. Having the Plough next door for parking, food, and a bar was a bonus since the boutique itself had none. The bed was very uncomfortable, especially the pillows, and the room stayed warm, making for terrible nights. Also, after booking, I noticed there are many cheaper places in Alnwick that offer breakfast, a pub, or a bar.

A pleasant stay at this boutique spot.

The place sits in a prime spot, rooms are tidy and cozy, and it’s a solid deal for the price. No complaints at all.
