The staff were so kind and always smiling—most of them from Korea and the Philippines, but that doesn’t matter because they made me feel comfortable with good English. The hotel facilities are amazing! The Superior room is huge, and the hot spring was fantastic too. Disneyland is only 8 minutes by car; you just cross the bridge. Parking costs YEN 3000. The free shuttle to the station is perfect! If the price stays the same, I’ll keep coming back and won’t look at any other hotels.
