The amenities were great, the room was clean and towels were replaced, but the bed looked ruffled as if someone had slept on top of it; it was so late we didn’t bother to complain.

The location was convenient and the free breakfast was fine, but the bathroom vanity was split in half, the ceiling had large cracks, and the room’s condition was rough; being on the first floor at the building’s outside corner meant we were constantly disturbed by loud car doors and the occupants upstairs sounded like they were playing rugby all night. I asked for a new room, but the front desk staff just shrugged it off, so overall I would have chosen a different hotel.

The staff were nice, but the whole place was poorly built: our room window (216) was cracked, the bathroom caulking was sloppy, the carpet looked badly installed, the elevator carpet had oil stains, and the words above the breakfast bar were missing letters. The whole place tried to act like a fancy boutique but ended up looking like a dump.
