How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
While the hotel's food and location were definite highlights, there was room for improvement in the breakfast offerings. The hotel's excellent location and good food made for a pleasant stay, but the limited breakfast options were a drawback.

The hotel's location near the international airport was a redeeming quality, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by numerous issues with cleanliness and hygiene. The presence of cockroaches and mosquitoes in the reception area was particularly disturbing. Guests also faced difficulties with payment due to the lack of international credit card acceptance.

The hotel's cleanliness and comfort were notable strengths, with a comfortable bed and well-maintained bathroom. The addition of a robot that delivered food to guest rooms was a unique and welcome feature. However, issues with credit card payment and a slow elevator detracted from the overall experience.
