“Not great, would never return!”
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine. However, cigarette smoke permeated the entire property and even drifted into the rooms. Water leaked in the rooms, forcing me to switch rooms three times to find one that didn’t leak. I encountered many small cockroaches. The air‑con hose constantly leaked into the bathrooms, and in my first room I found small black worms in that water. Do not use the laundry service: three pairs of my new underwear now have holes, and a pair of my new pants with an elastic waistband is almost ruined. The service first charged me for express delivery even though I didn’t order it, and I didn’t receive it in express time. The second time, my 0.98‑kg bag was billed as 1.3 kg. The Muzak playing most of the day is very annoying, as it can be heard inside the room. Avoid the EU hairdryer—it will kill the power in your room.
