The place felt like it used to be well‑run but has fallen off now; I was a bit surprised by the stay compared to the reviews. The coffee and hot water were usually cold, showers ran freezing and we had to ask staff every day to fix them, and the outdoor seating was covered in cobwebs. The staff played videos loudly on their phones in the communal area, and I’m not sure if there’s a manager – one would help. We’d just come from Llullu Llama, where we felt very cared for, so the lack of warmth here was disappointing, especially for the price. Also, they only accept cash or PayPal (with a 10% fee) – I’d have liked advance notice of that.
