I didn’t stay on the day I booked because they said I had booked, and when I arrived at 5.30 am I expected to stay until 12.00 noon before heading to Hyatt Place, but the staff didn’t treat us as they should have.

The place is decent, but there were no complimentary items in the room like bottled water, and only one towel was provided even for two people.

When I booked the hotel on the same day, the rate was 66 AED plus VAT, totaling 86 AED, but at the payment step 145.13 AED was debited. I thought it was an error, called booking to cancel, and they said a 70 AED cancellation fee. I asked the hotel to cancel without charges, but they refused. The location, lack of parking, view, and room size were also disappointing.

The place was okay, but the staff, especially the receptionist, didn't take action on my complaint. They gave me a room where the bedsheet had a blood stain, and even the slippers were missing. The AC was only a fan, and the toilet had no tissue.

Nothing positive to mention. There was no toothpaste, no toothbrush, no slippers, slow internet, dripping water in the bathroom, and in summer in Dubai they didn't even put complimentary water in the room!
