I think this place is a scam. The pictures are misleading, the terrace was filthy with rubbish, and the room itself was extremely dirty. The owner wouldn’t let us use the air conditioning unless we paid extra, and the fridge was broken even though it was the middle of summer. The accommodation tax in Matera is actually included in the final price shown, even though the owner says otherwise. If he tells you to cancel to avoid the booking fee, just ignore him!

“Déplorable !!!”

Rien. situé dans un immeuble, et surtout la chambre et la terrasse en chantier. La salle de bain minimaliste avec peu de confort, l'entrée en pleine rénovation, les prises de courant dangereuses et la terrasse avec plein de matériel de rénovation. j'ai des photos à votre disposition. Le prix de 55,00 € est exorbitant pour cette location

“Pessima esperienza”

Le condizioni generali della camera sono fatiscenti e, per alcuni aspetti, persino preoccupanti sotto il profilo della sicurezza: prese elettriche e tubazioni erano in vista ed apparivano non proprio in buono stato. Inoltre sembrava di dormire insieme a quelli della stanza accanto (data la presenza di una porta di collegamento per nulla isolante). Il bagno è indecente, con una finestra che dava su una stanza interna palesemente abitata. Meglio non parlare della cucina, sporca ed indecorosa. L'alloggio non corrispondeva alle immagini pubblicate al momento della prenotazione e l'impressione generale era di forte trascuratezza. Mi dispiace che il proprietario, persona alla mano e disponibile, non abbia avuto remore ad affittare questa discarica
