How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I appreciated the daily room cleaning, the smiley staff, and that the room was spacious enough to enjoy an ocean view. Inside the room we had a fridge, mugs, glasses, a kettle and a filter coffee maker, but there was no cutlery, no plates, and not even tea bags. A cup of Americano at 3.5 eur seemed a bit steep.

The location by the beach and restaurants was a big plus, and the building itself shows it’s new. A major plus was the walk to the beach where you can rent a boat. The downside was the lack of dishes and a kitchen annex, so sometimes I wanted to cook something myself, like breakfast.

The owners are genuinely helpful and kind, and the beach right next to the hotel—under 100 m away—offers incredible views. However, even though the bathroom was recently renovated, the water pressure remains poor, and the breakfast we tried one day felt quite overpriced.

The view of Provotas beach and the strategic location, like a 10‑minute walk from the port, are great. On the downside, there’s a lot of noise, probably because the walls are thin.
