The place is magical, a whole new level, it deserves a score beyond 10/10; it feels like a bygone era with modern touches and meticulous care that always makes guests feel comfortable. The staff and the owner are the best I've met, making you feel like the most important person from the moment you enter. I hope this magic never fades. Thanks, LA PLANTACIÓN family, for letting me forget reality for a while. We’ll see each other again 👌😉❤️. The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to stay there forever 🤣🤣🤣😍.

The hotel staff were very attentive, always smiling and pleasant. It’s not just a hotel, it’s a little paradise; we rested wonderfully with amazing breakfasts. Huge thanks to the hotel administration. We’ll come back if possible. The breakfasts are delicious, but could be more varied; after staying long, you want more, at least fruit, otherwise everything is simply wonderful.

The quiet was a plus, but the price was too high for what was offered. The pool isn’t heated, even though it’s shown in the cover photo. There’s no bar or restaurant service after 16:30, so you either plan ahead or have to leave to eat. The site claims meals and dinners are served on weekends, but that’s false. They could ask guests if they’d like a take‑away snack for the room at night, like a picnic. Food service and quality are quite improvable, especially considering the cost of each dish. Breakfast also doesn’t match the photos; if you want something similar you have to pay for a brunch that offers a discount. After paying more than 300€ for such a limited service, you’re not tempted to spend another cent. By the way, you’re given no choice except coffee. Common areas close when the bar does, so you can only move between your room and the pool. It would be better if the pool were heated, but as noted it isn’t. The amenities aren’t Rituals as shown in the pictures. At reception the official rates are displayed with minimum and maximum prices per season. In high season it lists a maximum of 270€, yet we paid 313€. That, plus the deception, is a real disgrace considering what’s offered. We left very disappointed.
