I booked a quick overnight stay and it was straightforward.

The room was very large and met the usual Holiday Inn standards. Breakfast was extensive and delicious! Housekeeping replaced towels with fresh ones every day. The bed was large and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and professional. The location was easy to find and close to excellent food and transit options. Some road noise could be heard because we faced a medium‑sized road, and the floor could have been cleaner.

The hotel is close to everything, spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is tasty.

The room itself was okay, and the breakfast was acceptable if you ignore the fact that there’s no window. I deliberately avoided windowless rooms and chose a standard room (depending on availability); I stayed two weekdays, arrived early, and they told me I’d have to pay an extra NT$1000 for a room with a window, which the website didn’t make clear—so the distinction between window and non‑window standard rooms is fuzzy and seems designed to push guests toward paying more, plus the hotel’s location is a mess, requiring a long walk through an underground passage of over 15 minutes from the train or MRT exit.
