From Wien Karlsplatz you can take Bus01 and then Bus311 from Schäffernsteg right up to the hotel’s front door; in Hartberg you’re only a few minutes by bus. The hotel borders a large park, and my room faced the park, so it was very quiet at night. The surroundings are perfect for cycling. I couldn’t use the hotel’s wellness area because of time constraints. The breakfast buffet is generous and the food is very good.

Everything was straightforward. It didn’t offend me, but I noticed that almost all guests were older adults. That was not negative, just noticeable.

A very pleasant stay with amazing staff and a great location. The wellness area was fantastic and the breakfast offered a delicious, wide selection. The gym had older equipment, but the massive variety of machines easily rivals a regular fitness center. Great value overall!"

The food was good, the staff were very courteous and friendly, and the location was perfect; we felt very comfortable. The bathroom was quite old, clean but in need of renovation and replacement of the shower trays and walls.
