The location.

“Ich würde nicht nochmal dort buchen.”

The location was fine. Unfortunately the rooms were dirty and stuffy; the walls, sheets, and windows were all filthy. It felt more like a run‑down youth hostel than a hotel, and you couldn't ventilate the rooms. We didn't feel comfortable.

“Durchschnittliches Hotel/Hostel in guter Lage zum Olympiapark.”

Good location, close to Olympiapark – great for concerts or sports events. A 15‑minute tram ride into the city offers good connectivity. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, some rooms were old while others had been renovated, and unfortunately the windows couldn't be opened.
