“buon compromesso, ma datato e non pulitissimo”
It’s a good compromise between price and quality: the resort is a bit dated but not too large, located on a nice beach with easy access for everyone, making it suitable for seniors and children. The sea in front is pretty nice and sandy; I recommend wearing sandals for the pebbles. There are no fish in front, so to see them you have to walk the long pier (about 600 m long, 2 entrances) to reach the reef where you can dive into the open sea and snorkel, best early in the morning from 7 to 10 or after 16 otherwise the sea gets too rough and I think it’s quite dangerous because there are no buoys or ropes to tie yourself, but the reef is nice! The room was fairly clean and renovated, and the animation is present, although they only play 4 or 5 songs. External cleaning is average…mosquitoes everywhere, the pool is clean, but never used. Food is plentiful and of good quality, a varied buffet with a wide choice every day, a pasta corner, salads, and everything you want; the waiters are polite and always present, the staff are friendly and hungry for tips.
The beach mattresses are broken and dirty, mosquitoes are extremely annoying on the beach and even at the restaurant—more cleaning is needed! The resort is dated, has potential, but some common areas are old; a broken step fell, luckily only a small bruise, but who knows how long that step has been broken! The floor in front of the external entrance of the restaurant (the one in front of the wooden pier) was dirty and stayed that way for a week… and it still is for me.
