This place was a total disaster - the room was filthy with cockroaches crawling all over the bed when we arrived. The staff did catch them and gave us a new room, but it wasn't much better with stains on the walls, a saggy bed, and a loose showerhead. Unless you're really not fussy about cleanliness and don't mind being far from the city, avoid this place. It was cheap, but not even 150k was worth the hassle.

The only downside was getting a drop-off during rainy days, as there were always cars parked outside the lobby blocking the way.

The stay was comfortable, but the faucet in the sink wasn't working properly.
