The food is good at both breakfast and dinner, and they bake tasty bread. Bathrobes are available for lounging, but there’s no spa. The staff are helpful and help you relax.

The location is great, breakfast spot is lovely and quick for check‑in and check‑out, and there's a restaurant next to the hotel with excellent food—especially the Caesar salad. I also spotted a McDonald’s by chance for the kids, about a 20‑minute walk away, so I recommend everyone spend a night in Kutaisi to visit Mtavari Valley and the cave. The only downside was no shower heads in the bathroom and a bit of a problem with the air‑conditioning, but it was fixed.

The hotel is very pretty and well‑located (near the White Bridge with restaurants and bars next to it) for staying in Kutaisi. The staff helped us with everything.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Kutaisi on the banks of the Reioni River, next to the White Bridge! All attractions are within walking distance. I had no complaints about the stay, everything was available. The only suggestion is to update the irons in the hotel. The breakfasts are good, you always find something to eat, they make great omelettes and cappuccino. Special thanks to the girls at the restaurant, very sweet, kind and helpful, always ready to help! They try 150% on everything! We recommend everyone! May the hotel prosper and never lose its brand, only improve!

We arrived late and were looking for food or grocery options; the reception staff were super helpful and told us where we could buy something. The hotel is easy to reach and in a very good location if you want to walk around the city.
