This hotel was a complete mess - the room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested, and the hotel's old and tired. The power and water kept cutting out, and the whole place just felt cramped and unpleasant.

The boat doesn't even offer breakfast or WiFi, and it's supposed to be a nice cruise on the Nile, but it's just awful. I'd strongly advise against booking here, and I'm still wondering how it got a perfect score - there's literally nothing pleasant about it.

This place was a total disaster - the room was filthy, with dirty beds, floors, and even towels. We barely lasted 30 minutes before checking out and scrambling to find a new hotel. It was clear we couldn't sleep in such a disgusting room.
