The place was in a good spot. The air‑conditioning didn’t work properly.

There was nothing to praise. The room was a problem.

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and their unprofessional attitude only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, I booked my room online, but when I arrived, they told me they had no rooms available. This was a huge inconvenience, and I ended up wasting a lot of time trying to resolve the issue.

I was left feeling confused and disappointed when I arrived at this hotel, only to be told that they had no record of my booking. Despite having confirmed my reservation online and requested a specific check-in time, they claimed to have no rooms available. Thankfully, I was able to find an alternative at the nearby Purple Orchid, but it was still a stressful and inconvenient experience.
