“Great place to stay for a group trip”

The place had a great location, a cool theme and a solid overall vibe. The rooms were spotless and organized. The only drawback was that there wasn’t much sun near the pool because of the tall walls, but that’s not really fixable.

“Un manager en dessous de tout”

The hotel was close to the city center and nightlife spots. A few days before we arrived, the hotel was hacked and the attackers messaged guests on WhatsApp to extract more information. On the last day, a man broke into our room at 7:25 am while we were asleep and the door was locked; I had to physically force him out. The night concierge didn’t believe us until he saw the man flee in underwear. We waited two hours before the manager came, but he didn’t approach us; we had to move toward him. No greeting, no apology, just misunderstandings. The electronic door lock couldn’t even be tested because the tester’s Wi‑Fi failed. The manager made no gesture to compensate for the shock. It’s truly scandalous.

“Was definately worth the stay and would stay again.”

The property was clean and the staff were eager to help with anything. The only downside was being aggressively searched by the police on the main street for no reason other than getting into a taxi 🤦🏻‍♂️
