The rooms are large and spacious. Check‑in was listed as starting at 2 p.m., but we arrived at 4 p.m. and found the room being cleaned by staff who were barely finished. The entrance door was defective—twisted, broken, and bent—so it had to be tightened. We requested an airport transfer, called, and were told it was okay, yet no one was ever at reception and we had to arrange transport ourselves.
