The room was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were polite, but we were “checked in” to a room that wasn’t the one we booked, and the concierge said it was ‘unoccupied’ when I asked at checkout; we were woken twice at night by people knocking and trying to enter, and housekeeping apologized because the system showed no one was supposed to be in our room, and after a 5+ hour drive to Windsor it was disappointing.

Room is good, price is reasonable for a Saturday. Only 1 person working at the front desk, she's NOT really friendly at all. Customer service is BAD
