The hallway on the second floor reeked like someone had defecated, three of the four screws on our door handle were loose or about to fall out, and the hostess at check‑in looked unprofessional in a half‑shirt; no one was dressed properly.

Everything was good, except the shower curtain was covered in mildew and mold and should have been replaced.

The facilities were very clean and the room comfortable, staff were very helpful, and there was nothing I didn’t like.

Staff were friendly and the location was clean, but the TV in the room had a terrible picture.
